M and Ms

Wife was eating peanut butter m&m had hard piece of something. Not sure what it is. Just purchase for grand kids easter.

I just purchased a PARTY bag of caramel M&M's and they are many broken pieces. I would like my $15.00 refunded.

I will send pictures of inside bag and outside bag. I have sent emails with pictures tho I am uncertain if anyone will follow up with me.

I contacted the 888-696-**** number and they were uncertain who I could speak with for a refund. They had no contact number to give me.

I bought a case of peanut mand m's at Sans club and over half of the packages taste terrible. The date is 01/2026 on the packs in the case.

I enjoy most m&m candies but the new peanut butter and jelly is absolutely disgusting cant give them away can not find 1 person that likes these plenty that say they will never get them again what is going on with company

Purchased a party size bag of peanut M&Ms for entertaining my friends during the football games. To out suprise, your product tasted rancid.

As if the chocolate had gone bad and the peanuts were rotten.

Now i have a $15.00 bag of peanut M&Ms ready for the trash. Anything you can do for me will be appreciated appreciated.

Purchased bag of your mix chocolate. Twix, snickers, peanut M&Ms. Well there were 3 empty bags of the M&Ms

M&m minis in tube (1.77oz) is in the Valentine section. The pink label leads a person to believe the candies are valentine colors along with the man in a bowtie and holding a rose.The colors are certainly not Valentine colors and I'm not up for another trip to the store to seek out the proper holiday colors. 2/2/2025

I purchased a 3.27 oz bag of M&M's with peanuts for $3.50 (way too much money) on an Amtrak train. I didn't eat them immediately.

It stated on the bag: best before 04/2025.

When I opened the bag the next day, they looked old and not edible. I am requesting a refund.

That is kind of strong. I would rather with like to address the ingredients in the chocolate of peanut m&ms. Every time I buy them, the chocolate tastes different.

Have the ingredients changed in the chocolate?

In the past two weeks I bought an Easter bag of peanut M&Ms and didnt realize that all the m&ms were not pretty looking..had company over and it was a nice treat. Its not a huge deal but I wanted to let you know.

We just bought a bag of peanut butter m&m's and they are not peanut butter, they are peanut, but in a peanut butter bag. My husband cannot have peanuts but can have peanut butter. So just spent money on something he cant even have that he wanted.

Eileen Parkes, a very kind woman, the type of woman that didn't judge me for being homeless and always took time to talk to and/or help me, passed on March 6th. She left behind a sister that could use some cheering up.

Eileen LOVED MandM's and purchased them for decades. I think it would be so great if you guys acknowledged to her sister your sadness for losing their best customer and maybe sent a little something. I think it would make a woman who lost her closest friend and sister, smile. Can you consider doing something?

My m and ms was squased and deformed and the brownie stuff in the middle had come out. :( They were clumped together as a result.

Refund my money for the stale food. Make sure they are delivered without sitting in hot trucks so they dont get gross tasting
